Full-Service Boat Brokerage

Review of the agency agreement, boat listing, and the boat’s equipment and accessories.
The boat is sold “as-is,” i.e., at its boat slip or winter storage location.
A draft listing with photos and text is prepared.
We conduct boat showings
Upon acceptance, the parties receive a purchase contract, and the buyer pays a down payment for the boat.
The buyer conducts an inspection and addresses any issues found.
Handover of the boat, along with full payment as agreed

We handle payments and any complaints.
